You wouldn't believe it, but when I turned-around, the cruiser was gone.
Phew! It was a true relief, considering I'm only getting my bike up to operating temperature after it sits for a week or so, when I can't get out on the trails. The only other reason I cruise through the 'hood, is to honor those before me, because that's how we grew-up here. There was always a dirt bike, 3-wheeler, 4-wheeler, trail bike, moped, go-kart, or some other type of motorized vehicle being tested-out by going around the neighborhood.
It's literally ode to those days we used to have here. It's not the same anymore. Freedom doesn't ring.
